Over his career with the firm, Mike has held roles as Research Analyst, Trader, Head of Trading and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Mike and Arthur Laffer Jr. launched and currently manage the Laffer Tengler Fixed-Income ETF strategy.

Mike is a 7-time Ironman Triathlon Finisher, including Ironman Wisconsin, Ironman Canada, Ironman Florida, Ironman Chattanooga and Ironman USA and he enjoys riding his motorbike.
