Sheila Asher

Sheila Asher brings over 30 years of experience in the asset management and asset servicing business.
Sheila has broad experience partnering with both Corporate and Government institutional clients to understand long term strategic goals, manage short-term tactical priorities, and deliver solutions to support intricate portfolio structures and reporting requirements. Sheila’s vast experience working with complex, global institutional clients includes oversight over multiple products/services, including asset management, global asset servicing, cash management, securities lending, performance measurement, and compliance monitoring. She has significant ERISA and fiduciary experience.
Prior to joining Laffer Tengler, Sheila spent more than 22 years with JPMorgan, most recently serving as Vice President – Senior Relationship Manager for the Corporate & Investment Bank, managing a global institutional book of business.
Before joining JPMorgan, Sheila spent ten years in the investment management business with UBS Asset Management’s Value Equities Division and Spare, Tengler, Kaplan & Bischel, where she developed a deep understanding of portfolio strategies and served as the relationship manager for key clients.
Sheila has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce in Finance from the University of Santa Clara.
